5. Cancellations and Returns

• Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
• Due to the nature of our product (fragrance-based items), we do not accept returns once the packaging is opened.
• If a product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video) for resolution.
